How do I close my support request once I've found the support I need?
Once you've found the support you've needed, you can close your support request. You can do this by clicking the green checkmark in the upper right hand corner of your post. Closing a support request can be done from the feed or 'My Posts' within your profile.
You'll have two options:
- Hide/archive post: Turn this on to archive your post from the support directory, but keep it visible in within 'My Posts' in your profile.
- Close comments / hugs: Turn this on to disable comments and hug reactions, but keep the post visible.
Please note: Once you close a support request and mark it as resolved, you will no longer be able to edit the post.
