The app is crashing

If the app is crashing, here are a few steps to try:

1. Ensure you are using the latest version of the app. If not, update it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Restart your device.
3. Restart/close the app
4. Check for available software updates for your phone.
5. Clear the app’s cache (Android) or reinstall the app
